Converted Garage Burns in Mission Hills

Mission Hills, Los Angeles, CA: A converted garage was ablaze Monday morning and firefighters were able to achieve a quick knockdown of the flames.

The fire was initially reported on the 10000 block of North Wisner Avenue in the Mission Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles at approximately 1:43 a.m., May 1.

There were initial reports from the homeowners that one or more persons were missing. At the time of this report, LAFD had not conducted primary or secondary searches.
