Shooting at Taco Truck Leaves 1 Wounded

Manchester Square, Los Angeles, CA: A shooting at a taco truck early Monday morning left one victim wounded in the Manchester Square neighborhood within South Los Angeles.

The shooting occurred around 12:20 a.m., June 5, at a taco truck parked curbside at Manchester and St. Andrews Place.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department and Los Angeles police officers responded to reports of a victim down as a result of a shooting at the location. Upon arrival, the victim was located suffering from a gunshot wound in front of the parked food truck.

The victim was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. It was unknown if this incident is related to a robbery.

Multiple evidence markers were observed in the street and on the sidewalk in the area of the shooting.

No suspect was found at the location. The LAPD handling the investigation.
