Water Main Break Floods Street in Central Los Angeles

CARTHAY, LOS ANGELES, CA – A broken water main flooded a street early Friday morning in the Carthay neighborhood within Central Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department and the L.A. Department of Water and Power responded to the 6700 block of West Olympic Boulevard for a reported water main break around 2:11 a.m., June 9.

The Department of Water and Power worked on turning off the main.
