NORTH HILLS, LOS ANGELES, June 16 (KNN) — One person was injured in a collision on the 118 Freeway involving a stalled vehicle in lanes early Friday morning.
The California Highway Patrol received reports of a vehicle that was stalled in middle lanes on the westbound 118 Freeway, just east of the 405 transition, in the area of North Hills around 12:39 a.m.
Within minutes, CHP received additional 911 calls of a traffic collision blocking all lanes of the freeway.
A sedan slammed into a stalled minivan causing trash to fly across all lanes of the freeway. One patient was transported in unknown condition to a local hospital.
CHP is investigating the traffic collision.
