3-Wheeler ATV Rider Killed in Crash

BAKERSFIELD, CA, June 27 (KNN) — A 3-Wheeler ATV rider was killed in a crash late Tuesday night in the city of Bakersfield.

Authorities were alerted to a person riding an ATV on railroad tracks that had crashed at Golden State, off to Airport on-ramp and F Street just after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Upon arrival, paramedics pronounced the rider deceased at the scene. It was unclear how the incident occurred.

The Bakersfield Police Department responded to the scene and is handling the investigation.

There are no further details at this time.
