Vehicle Collision Into Pole Causes Neighborhood Power Outage

PACOIMA, LOS ANGELES, July 11 (KNN) — A vehicle collision into a pole caused a power outage in a Pacoima neighborhood overnight.

Los Angeles police officers and the Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to a traffic collision on the 12400 block of West Paxton Street around 12:39 a.m. Tuesday.

When units arrived, they found a sports car with major front end damage that had slammed into a power pole causing a power outage in the surrounding neighborhood.

No injuries were reported. The LAPD and LAFD blocked off the area to traffic.
