Ambulance Overturns in Crash on 10 Freeway in Rancho Park

RANCHO PARK, LOS ANGELES, Dec. 7 (KNN) — The California Highway Patrol and the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to an overturned ambulance involved in a crash on the 10 Freeway.

The incident occurred around 1:45 a.m. Saturday in the #1 and #2 lanes on the westbound 10 Freeway near the Overland on-ramp in the Rancho Park area of Los Angeles.

It is unknown if anyone was transported at this time. A heavy tow was used to flip the ambulance and place it on a flatbed.

The two lanes remained closed for about 20 minutes, according to the CHP.
