Beverly Hills, Los Angeles County, CA: The Beverly Hills Police Department responded to the the 700 block of Elm Drive in the city of Beverly Hills around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night, Mar. 15, regarding suspects possibly prowling the area, according to the department.

Santa Monica Police Department along with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department West Hollywood Station and an LASD Airship were assisting BHPD with the perimeter search.
BHPD K-9 units also responded to the scene.
A BHPD Watch Commander told Key News Network the investigation is ongoing and an update will be provided at a later time.
BHPD stated in a final update that one suspect was taken into custody after “a systemic search of the area.”
Officers have cleared the location.
