Big Rig Hauling Frozen Food Overturns on Freeway

Baldwin Park, Los Angeles County, CA: A big rig hauling frozen food overturned on the westbound 10 Freeway to the north and southbound 605 Freeway transition road Tuesday night, Nov. 22, just after 11:30 p.m. in the city of Baldwin Park.

California Highway Patrol Baldwin Park Station officers and the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene and located a semi on its side with the driver out of the vehicle.

The driver of the semi was assessed by firefighters and paramedics and was not transported to a hospital.

CHP closed off the 605 transition to the north and southbound from the westbound 10 freeway with SigAlert issued for two hours.
