Body Found After Explosive House Fire in Monrovia

MONROVIA, Calif., Sept. 20 (KNN) — A body was located at the site of a previous house fire that occurred in Monrovia a few days ago.

The Monrovia Fire Department, along with arson investigators, was re-dispatched around 10:10 p.m. Thursday to a previously burned house in the 600 block of East Colorado Boulevard for a possible body located in the wreckage.

KTLA 5 reported that an unidentified male was found in a shed near the rear of the property. The person living on the property was reported missing by the homeowner.

The arson investigation continues into the cause of the fire that occurred on Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 17, in addition to the cause of death to the located resident.
