Broken Water Main Floods Street in Westlake

WESTLAKE, LOS ANGELES, July 19 (KNN) — Water flowed like a raging river from a ruptured pipe on a street in Westlake overnight.

The water main break occurred early Wednesday morning at approximately 12:43 a.m. on the 1800 block of West Maryland Street.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and requested Los Angeles Department of Water and Power crews to the location to to shut off the water and repair the broken pipe.
