The mountain lion with a GPS collar resembling P-22, was spotted around midnight in an area within the Los Angeles Live Steamers Railroad Museum facility located near Travel Town in Griffith Park.

NBC reported P-22 was seen September 5th of this year on Griffith Park Boulevard in Los Feliz.

If this is in fact the same mountain lion, camping members of LALSRM may have the opportunity to see the mountain lion again as the train club hosts its annual Fall Meet this weekend.

During one of the train rides around the facility, an engineer spotted the mountain lion as it crossed the small scale tracks and climbed into the hills.

The mountain lion was last seen in the hills above the facility traveling up a hiking trail. LALSRM is located at 5202 Zoo Drive just east of Travel Town.
