NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Mar. 14 (KNN) — Strong winds in the San Fernando Valley Thursday afternoon toppled wood framing at a construction site in North Hollywood.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a tactical rescue call at 12:30 p.m. in the 5900 block of North Vineland Avenue.
When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a building under construction collapsed due to high winds.
There were no injuries reported. LAFD’s Urban Search and Rescue arrived to the scene to investigate.
