ROSEMEAD, Calif., July 1 (KNN) — A driver possibly operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, was involved in a traffic collision early Monday morning that left a few parked vehicles damaged and a broken hydrant gushing water into the street.
Deputies with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Los Angeles County firefighters responded to a traffic collision around 1:38 a.m., involving a fire hydrant at Garvey and Evelyn avenues in the city of Rosemead.
