Donut Shop Shooting Shatters Window

HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, July 28 (KNN) — A popular donut shop in Hollywood was the target of a shooting that shattered a window of the business early Friday morning.

Los Angeles Police Department Hollywood units responded to reports of shots fired around 2 a.m. at the Winchell’s Donut House located on the 1300 block of Vine Street.

When officers arrived on scene, employees reported that two males had fired shots at them from outside into the store.

A large hole was seen through the front window and shattered glass was observed on the floor inside the business. No Injuries were reported.

Officer Eisenman with LAPD Media Relations said witnesses provided description of the suspects and both were taken into custody.
