Fatal Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash Shuts Down Freeway in Glendale

GLENDALE, CA, Sept. 26 (KNN) — A driver was killed in a solo vehicle rollover crash on the 2 Freeway early Tuesday morning, shortly before 3 a.m.

California Highway Patrol’s Altadena units responded to reports of a solo vehicle that had crashed into a wall and rolled several times on the northbound 2 Freeway, just north of the 134 Freeway in the city of Glendale

When units arrived on scene, they located a gray Ford Mustang with heavy damage.

The solo occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The northbound CA State Route 2 was closed from the 134 Freeway until the investigation concluded.
