Female Found Passed Out Behind the Wheel on 10 Freeway Off-Ramp

West Covina, Los Angeles County, CA: A female was found passed out in the driver’s seat of a stopped vehicle on an off-ramp of the 10 Freeway overnight.

The California Highway Patrol received a 911 call around 3:44 a.m. Saturday, May 13, regarding a female passed out behind the wheel on the eastbound 10 Freeway off-ramp at the Vincent Avenue exit in the area of the city of West Covina.

The CHP arrived on scene and blocked the vehicle in.

Officers were able to wake up the female and exit her safely from the vehicle. Officers administered a couple of field sobriety tests but the female refused a Breathalyzer. She was subsequently arrested.
