Tarzana, Los Angeles, CA: The Los Angeles Police Department requested the L.A. Department of Transportation (LADOT) for traffic control as three vehicles became stuck in flooded roadway at Topham Street at Oxnard in the Tarzana neighborhood within the San Fernando Valley in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Mar. 15.
Rain pummeled the Southland with little relief that began Tuesday and continued relentlessly overnight, with a predicted ending Wednesday afternoon.
A tow truck pulled vehicles out of the water, as seen in Key News Network video from the scene, and dropped them off in a non-flooded area.
