GLENDALE, CA, July 21 (KNN) — Fuel from a semi truck leaked onto the 134 Freeway following a traffic collision early Friday morning prompting a complete shut down of all lanes.
The Los Angeles Fire Department, Glendale Fire Department and California Highway Patrol responded to a traffic collision involving a semi truck at approximately 1:45 a.m. on the 134 freeway in the area of the city of Glendale.
A vehicle had slammed into the fuel tank of a semi causing fuel to begin spilling across all 5 lanes of the freeway.
Caltrans was on the scene covering the spill with dirt.
The 134 Freeway eastbound was shut down at Harvey. All traffic was diverted onto the 2 Freeway while cleanup was in progress.
