Large Tree Branch Falls on Condo Roof Potentially Displacing Residents

Santa Paula, Ventura County, CA: A large tree branch fell onto the roof of a condominium early Wednesday morning causing damage that may displace some of the residents of the building located in the city of Santa Paula.

The Ventura County Fire Department responded to a call of a tree onto a carport in the 100 block of Redwood Lane around 3:35 a.m., Nov. 16.

When crews arrived on scene, they found that a large branch had fallen off a nearby tree which landed on the roof of a condominium.

Fire personnel on scene stated that at least four units were directly impacted with the potential of displacing 20 residents.

Several vehicles were also damaged.at the location. No injuries were reported.
