LOMA LINDA, Calif., Mar. 13 (KNN) — An active shooter scare was later determined to be a swatting call after a significant response from authorities Wednesday evening at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department dispatch received a call from an individual shortly after 6 p.m. who stated he was at the Children’s Hospital and was hearing voices that told him to kill people, according to the SBCSD.
The call prompted a massive response from the sheriff’s department and other agencies in the Inland Empire.
In an email to Key News Network, SBCSD’s Public Information Officer Gloria Orejel said, “Our deputies were inside the hospital within minutes of the call and cleared all levels after about two hours. It was determined to be a swatting call and the investigation is ongoing.”
No Injuries were reported, no shots were fired and no suspect was located.
