Male Found Shot Inside Vehicle in Los Angeles Neighborhood

VERMONT SQUARE, LOS ANGELES, June 22 (KNN) – A male victim was shot in the abdomen Thursday morning while inside a vehicle at the intersection of Vernon and Western Avenues just before 3 a.m.

Los Angeles Police Department’s Southwest Division officers responded to the location in the Vermont Square neighborhood of Los Angeles and found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound, conscious and breathing, inside a dark colored sedan.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and transported the victim to a local area hospital in unknown condition.

There is no suspect description at this time.
