SYLMAR, LOS ANGELES, Sept. 14 (KNN) — A 20-year-old male was shot in the thigh early Thursday morning across from the 7-Eleven convenience store at the intersection of Borden Avenue and Hubbard Street in Sylmar.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Mission Division officers responded and located the victim who had been shot around 2 a.m. near the 7-Eleven.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and transported the victim to a local area hospital in stable condition.
The suspect was described as a male Hispanic on a red scooter.
