HOLLYWOOD HILLS, LOS ANGELES, July 19 (KNN) — An armed home invasion occurred Wednesday morning at approximately 1:35 a.m. in the 2500 block of Vasanta Way in the Hollywood Hills.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Division officers responded to the location and found a male victim suffering from injuries to the head.
The Los Angeles Fire Department was requested to evaluate the victim who was subsequently assessed and remained at the home.
The suspects are described as men wearing ski masks with semi-automatic pistols who entered the home.
A conversation was overheard suggesting the victim was possibly tied up and pistol whipped, but this has not been confirmed at this time.
The suspects allegedly stole the victim’s Mercedes G-Wagon SUV. It is unknown if anything else was taken in the home invasion.
