Man Shot Several Times in East Hollywood

EAST HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Dec. 7 (KNN) — LAPD Rampart Division officers responded to reports of a shooting Thursday night in the 300 block of North Madison, locating a Hispanic male, approximately 40 years old, with at least one gunshot wound.

Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) were requested and transported the victim to a nearby hospital. His condition remains unknown.

Officers were actively canvassing the area to determine where the shooting occurred. No suspect information or motive has been released at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
