Stacey Moseley, a volunteer with “Moms Demand Action”, a non-profit organization with about six million volunteers across the country spoke with Key News Network at the location.

The group was grieving, mourning and honoring those who lost their lives in the 47 mass shootings throughout this past month in this country, Moseley said. Events are planned throughout the month.

The group works on getting volunteers to get in contact with legislators and make change.

The “Students Demand Action” group is also under the umbrella of “Moms Demand Action.”
