Motorcycle Crash Caught on Camera Ends CHP Pursuit in West Covina

WEST COVINA, Calif., Apr. 11 (KNN) — A California Highway Patrol pursuit of a motorcycle ended in a crash that was caught on camera around 2:20 a.m. Thursday.

The California Highway Patrol attempted to pull over a motorcycle for an unknown reason northbound on Citrus Avenue from the 10 Freeway in the Covina area. The rider failed to stop, prompting a pursuit.

The motorcycle traveled northbound on Citrus Avenue, then turned around southbound on Citrus and got back onto the 10 Freeway westbound from Azusa Avenue.

The motorcycle crashed when attempting to exit the 10 Freeway at Vincent Avenue in the city of West Covina.

CHP officers took the motorcyclist into custody on the off-ramp of Vincent Avenue from the westbound 10 Freeway.
