Motorcyclist Killed in Granada Hills Traffic Collision

Granada Hills, Los Angeles: A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a Toyota Tundra Saturday afternoon, Feb. 26, in the Granada Hills neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley.

Los Angeles City Fire Department personnel and Los Angeles Police Department officers received a call from a witness who was traveling southbound on Balboa Boulevard and Pineridge Drive where a black Toyota Tundra and a motorcycle had collided at around 2:58 p.m.

A motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene after a collision at an intersection, and a patient was transported a hospital. *Oscar Sol Photojournalist, Key News Network*

Firefighters performed CPR to the motorcyclist, but was pronounced deceased at the scene. One patient was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries by an additional LAFD paramedic at the location.

LAPD had blocked off south Balboa Boulevard and Westbury Drive for an unknown duration of time.
