Multiple Victims Injured in Gardena Shooting

GARDENA, Calif., Apr. 30 (KNN) — Gunshots rang out Monday night on a street in the city of Gardena leaving multiple people injured.

Gardena police officers and Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to reports of shots fired around 9:12 p.m. on 149th Street, just west of Vermont Avenue.

When first responders arrived at the location, they found multiple gunshot victims. More than two dozen bullet casings discovered in the street were marked as evidence by officers at the scene.

The total number of victims is unclear at this time. No further information was immediately available.
