East Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA: A man and woman were injured early Tuesday morning when an unknown object was thrown through the windshield of their vehicle while traveling on the 101 Freeway.
The incident occurred on the 101 southbound just north of the Vermont exit at approximately 2:26 a.m. Dec. 20, in the East Hollywood area of Los Angeles.
Three occupants in the vehicle were traveling southbound on the 101 when an unknown suspect threw an object through their windshield.
The object injured two of the three passengers.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and evaluated the passengers who were released at scene with minor injuries. The third passenger was uninjured.
California Highway Patrol Central office responded to the location and is conducting the investigation into the specifics of the incident.
