Over $20K in Shoes Stolen From Small Business in Long Beach

LONG BEACH, CA, Aug. 31 (KNN) — A duo of thieves made off with over $20,000 in shoes after breaking into a small business early Thursday morning.

The theft transpired shortly before 1:30 a.m. on the 400 block of East 3rd Street in the city of Long Beach, where a call came in regarding a male and female who broke the front glass windows and forced their way into The Cypher On Elm business.

They filled a trash bag full of merchandise before fleeing the business on foot.

Long Beach police arrived and confirmed with the owner that over $20,000 in shoes were stolen from the establishment.

The suspects were described as wearing hoodies.
