PALMDALE, Calif., Oct. 9 (KNN) — A two-vehicle traffic collision involving entrapment in Pomona late Tuesday night left one person fatally injured and one in critical condition.
The crash was reported around 11:19 p.m. on 106th Street and Highway 138. One person was also reported trapped in an overturned vehicle.
Upon the arrival of first responders, additional ambulances were requested for five patients. Two males in their 20s were transported in critical condition. One of them later died at the hospital.
The other patients’ injuries were reported as minor.
The California Highway Patrol Antelope Valley Area office is handling the investigation.
