Pickup Truck Found Engulfed in Flames on 101 Freeway On-Ramp

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Sept. 4 (KNN) — Firefighters extinguished flames engulfing a vehicle on a 101 Freeway on-ramp early Monday morning,

LAFD responded to reports of a vehicle fire around 3:47 a.m. in the 500 block of North Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles.

When units arrived on scene, they located a fully-engulfed pickup truck on the on-ramp to the northbound 101 Freeway.

The fire was knocked down in just a few minutes.

The on-ramp was closed for an unknown period of time until the vehicle was towed away.
