Around 10 p.m., the Los Angeles Police Department received calls for street takeovers in the area of Arleta Avenue and Devonshire Street in the neighborhood of Arleta.

Cars were seen doing donuts in the smoke-filled intersection with some spectators running up to the spinning vehicles.

A truck entered the intersection at one point with a helmet clad human aboard spraying onlookers with a high-powered water gun. Also in the video from the chaotic scene were two people inhaling gas balloons in the middle of the intersection as a vehicle spun donuts around them.

An LAPD unit was observed flying through the intersection chasing down one of the vehicles recently seen doing donuts. It was not immediately known if that driver was arrested or if the vehicle was impounded.

The LAPD broke up the street takeover.

The crowd was spotted all around the San Fernando Valley Saturday night.
