Pro-Palestinian, Pro-Israeli Protesters Gather Outside Synagogue in Valley Village

VALLEY VILLAGE, LOS ANGELES, June 21 (KNN) — Pro-Israeli and a few Pro-Palestinian protesters gathered outside a synagogue on opposite sides of the street during a protest in Valley Village Thursday evening.

The Los Angeles Police Department responded to a protest around 6:45 p.m. in front of a synagogue on the 12800 block of Chandler Boulevard.

Two pro-Palestinian protesters can be seen on one side of the street on KNN video from the scene, with a large crowd of pro-Israeli protesters on the other side.

Protesters were observed screaming and chanting. Police were standing in the street between the two opposing sides, with some officers suited up in riot gear and nearby streets were closed off.

No one was hurt and the protesters dispersed after the pro-Palestinian protesters left.
