Pursuit Ends With Stolen Vehicle Into Pole; Suspect Driver and Passenger Injured

COMMERCE, CA, Oct. 4 (KNN) — Two occupants in a stolen vehicle were injured in a crash ending a pursuit that began in Orange County late Tuesday night.

California Highway Patrol East Los Angeles units were in pursuit of a stolen Dodge Charger out of Orange County when it terminated with the suspect vehicle crashing into a pole shortly before midnight at the southeast corner of Eastern Avenue and Bandini Boulevard in the city of Commerce.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department transported the suspect driver and passenger in unknown conditions to a local hospital.
