California Highway Patrol’s East Los Angeles and Baldwin Park offices received multiple 911 calls around 1 a.m. of a jackknifed semi on the eastbound 10 Freeway just before the Frazier Street exit in the city of Baldwin Park.

The driver of the semi managed to move his cab over to the right shoulder but the trailer was not able to be moved.

CHP had all lanes of the eastbound 10 Freeway at the 605 Freeway closed for about 30 minutes. A second semi arrived and moved the trailer over to the right shoulder.

The driver of the jackknifed semi declined to speak on-camera, but told KNN that the roads were slippery and wet.
