WINNETKA, LOS ANGELES, Dec. 9 (KNN) — The Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a shooting call shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday in the area of Roscoe Boulevard and Lanark Street in Winnetka.
Upon arrival, LAPD officers and LAFD personnel found a victim with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
Officer Cervantes, a spokesperson for the LAPD, told KNN that the victim is a male Hispanic, and his age is unknown. The suspect is also a male Hispanic.
The shooting is not gang-related and is currently under investigation.
