Shooting Victim Found Dead on Sidewalk in Downtown Los Angeles

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Mar. 11 (KNN) — A shooting early Monday morning left a man fatally wounded on a sidewalk in Downtown Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Division patrol units responded to reports of a shooting at 2:50 a.m. with a victim down near the intersection of Los Angeles and Winston streets.

When officers arrived on scene, they located a male down on the sidewalk not conscious and not breathing.

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics.

There are no further details at this time.
