Shooting Victim in Downtown Los Angeles Rushed to Trauma Center

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Dec. 24 (KNN) — One person was shot and rushed from a downtown Los Angeles sidewalk to a trauma center.

Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to the intersection of South Broadway and 5th Street for reports of a shooting and one person down at about 2:30 a.m. Monday.

When officers arrived in the 500 block of South Broadway, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

The man was rushed to a trauma center in unknown condition.

The shooting is under investigation, and there is no patient update at this time.
