Solo-Vehicle Rollover Crash Into Hydrant Sends Water Gushing Skyward

NORTHRIDGE, LOS ANGELES, Jan. 10 (KNN) — Firefighters worked to turn off the flow of water to a sheared hydrant following a solo-vehicle rollover crash overnight in Northridge.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to a reported rollover traffic collision on Roscoe Boulevard shortly after midnight.

When crews arrived at the location, they found one hydrant sheared by a truck that had rolled over. No one was injured in the collision.

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash.
