SpaceX Starlink Launch Captured on Video in Evening Sky Over Simi Valley

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., Mar. 19 (KNN) — Another SpaceX launch was beautifully captured on video in the skies over Simi Valley Monday evening.

SpaceX targeted Monday, Mar. 18, for a Falcon 9 launch of 22 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Liftoff was targeted for 7:28 p.m. PT, with backup opportunities available until 11:10 p.m. PT. If needed, additional opportunities are also available on Tuesday, March 19 starting at 7:38 p.m. PT, according to information from SpaceX.

This is the 10th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched SDA-0A, SARah-2, and seven Starlink missions, reported SpaceX.

Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the “Of Course I Still Love You” droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean, according to SpaceX.
