ENCINO, LOS ANGELES, Aug. 5 (KNN) — Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to a burglary call at another targeted home in the Encino neighborhood around 12:30 a.m. Monday morning.
Officers arrived at a residence in the 4300 block of Firmament Avenue to find an attempted break-in of an occupied home.
Per initial LAPD information gathered at the scene, the homeowner heard broken glass and called the police.
An LAPD officer on scene stated that the suspects broke a glass window or door and were “spooked” and ran off. It is unknown at this time if anything was stolen.
The home appeared well lit, with a tall fence along the front of the property.
There are currently no further details. The investigation is ongoing.
