Thousands Gather in West Los Angeles to Protest Middle East Conflict

WEST LOS ANGELES, Oct. 14 (KNN) — Thousands of people gathered Saturday afternoon in West Los Angeles to march through the streets protesting the current conflict in the Middle East.

Many protestors displayed placards, with some that read, “End All U.S. Aid To Apartheid Israel!”, “Free Palestine”, “No Weapons For More Devastation” and at least one sign was observed handwritten on cardboard that read “Jews Say: STOP The Genocide of Palestinians”.

The protest was captured on video by Key News Network near Wilshire Boulevard and Federal Avenue around 2:30 p.m.

Los Angeles Police Department patrol vehicles were observed in the area, but overall the protest appeared to be peaceful.
