Tree Lands on Vehicle Parked in Westwood

Westwood, Los Angeles, CA: A tree snapped and landed on top of a parked vehicle around 4:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, on the 10400 block of Charing Cross Road in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
