Los Angeles County firefighters, heavy equipment operators and Southern California Gas Company were just a few on hand to tackle this massive problem on Monday in the area of Bernardin Drive near Fairfield Avenue.

The storm crossed into the southern part of California from Mexico on Sunday leaving water and wind damage in its wake before moving out of the area Monday morning.
