DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, June 20 (KNN) – A silver sedan impacted a California Department of Transportation sign at the Alameda off-ramp from the southbound 101 Freeway Tuesday morning at approximately 2:25 a.m.
California Highway Patrol and the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the location of the incident.
The passengers in the vehicle were evaluated by firefighter/paramedics and released at scene.
CHP reports indicate the vehicle was unable to maintain lanes before the collision.
It is unknown at this time if alcohol was a factor in the crash. CHP’s Central Office is handling the investigation.
