Vehicle Flies Off 215 Freeway, Crashes in San Bernardino

BERNARDINO, Calif., June 13 (KNN) — A vehicle was found on its side behind a business complex after flying off the 215 Freeway in San Bernardino Wednesday afternoon.

At approximately 1:08 p.m., San Bernardino County firefighters along with California Highway Patrol officers were dispatched to the northbound 215 Freeway just south of the Orange Show Road off-ramp, for a vehicle that flew off the freeway and landed on its side behind a business complex in the 1400 block of South East Street.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and noticed a male occupant exiting from the damaged vehicle. The male was assessed by firefighters at the scene and did not appear to be seriously injured.

The crash is currently under investigation by the CHP.
