Vehicle Flies Off 405 Freeway, Crashes in Bel Air Leaving 1 Injured

BEL AIR, LOS ANGELES, Apr. 21 (KNN) — A solo vehicle crash off the 405 Freeway early Sunday morning left one person injured.

The Los Angeles Fire Department and the California Highway Patrol responded to the 2000 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard in Bel Air shortly before 2:30 a.m. for a vehicle that had flown off the northbound 405 Freeway onto Sepulveda Boulevard.

First responders located a wrecked vehicle with one injured party at the scene. The patient was transported unknown condition to a local hospital by LAFD paramedics. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

CHP closed off Sepulveda Boulevard, the southbound 405 entrance and northbound entrance near the Getty.

The crash is under investigation.
