Vehicle Lands in Swimming Pool After Crashing Into Gym in Redlands

REDLANDS, Calif., Dec. 14 (KNN) — A car was discovered in a fitness gym’s pool after it crashed into the Redlands business late Friday evening.

The Redlands Fire Department and California Highway Patrol officers from the San Bernardino Area office responded to a call regarding a vehicle that crashed through a wall and ended up in a swimming pool at a 24 Hour Fitness gym on the 27600 block of San Bernardino Avenue.

Upon arrival, Redlands Fire Department personnel found a vehicle in the gym’s pool and a large destroyed window with an apparent glass door the car drove through. It is unknown if there were any injuries.

The CHP San Bernardino Area office is currently investigating the crash.
